Plan the restroom side of your Sachse event
A good facilities plan follows the guest experience from arrival to departure.

Count setup teams as well as guests
Include staff, vendors and crews who arrive before the event opens. Note attendance, operating hours, food and drink and any scheduled breaks. Confirm which permanent venue toilets will stay available throughout the period before discussing portable capacity.
Choose positions on the event layout
Think about walking distances, queues, lighting and an accessible approach. Keep facilities convenient without putting them against dining or arrival areas. Review handwashing and any trailer utility needs. Get the venue’s approval for positions and delivery access before booking.
Give servicing its own time and route
For longer or multi-day events, discuss how facilities will be maintained and supplies replenished. Keep service vehicles away from busy pedestrian movements. Identify a person who can report issues and coordinate with the rental contact during the event.
Leave room in the schedule for pickup
The venue may close its gates shortly after guests leave. Agree a collection window, an authorised contact and a route that remains open after other equipment is packed away. A confirmed rental plan should cover setup and removal as well as the public event hours.
